Postal 3 is an entity dedicated to adults training, designing and developing their own training and educational resources with success over the past two decades. Our organisation carries out regularly training projects for employed and unemployed adults, attending usually different profiles in the current most usual transversal skills and labour areas of education or training.

At the same time, Postal 3 regularly develops training for adults in soft skills and transversal skills linked to digitalization and improvement of living conditions and well-being, especially in groups of adults with difficulties, such as women, young people, people from rural areas, migrants, and other priority groups.

Postal 3 has four training centres, employing 48 permanent staff like technicians, managers, and support personnel, further pedagogues, trainers and teachers.

Its work model integrates TIC specialists, designers, pedagogues, administrators, extensive catalogue of researchers and teaching experts in the most of the areas of knowledge linked to the improvement of basic, soft and work competences, as in disadvantaged groups support.

Postal 3 form around 4.000 trainees in more than 100 courses per year, face to face or on-line, regularly carrying out multiple projects to improve the skills of adults in Spain. In this way, Postal 3 has as regular clients some municipalities, other local public bodies and social associations, as well some small and medium enterprises.

Postal 3 has a strong experience in the design, organization and carrying out training projects for face-to-face or online, as also in the creation of training resources, on-line contents, creation of online tools for dissemination, celebration of events, development and execution of projects about on-line platforms and smart apps, and new technologies project consulting services.

Postal 3 carry out every year many projects of developing and/or adapting new methodologies, e-Learning resources, and teaching strategies, to improve the quality of training that people receive, and their potential for personal and professional development, social integration and well-being, in each social context according their needs.
