Rinascita is a social cooperative company based in the municipality of Copertino, in the province of Lecce, established with a notarial deed of 27 May 1999 on the basis of Law 8/11/1991 No. 381 in 1999 by a group of motivated and convinced people, which believes that cooperation, sociality and solidarity are values and a way for the successful accomplishment of the individual in the world of work and for his integration into the community.

The pursued activity is therefore aimed at the job placement of young and disadvantaged people, through the construction of stable employment opportunities, aiming to enhance the group's design, operational and managerial skills through the combination of entrepreneurship and democracy, in order to be able to contribute in this way to the socio-economic development of the territory.

Rinascita operates in the field of services, striving to encourage the development of the territory through social interventions. Our reference has always been and is the individual in his uniqueness, his right-duty to fulfill his rights. The Cooperative promotes employment and relationship opportunities also for the weaker, simultaneously offering its customers quality, competence and efficiency.

Rinascita is characterized by the offer of innovative interventions in the field of personal services, from design to implementation, thanks to constant attention to changes in society and permanent staff training. It is one of the most structured and recognized companies in the third sector of Salento and is characterized by the serious and competent management of services, with a view to continuous improvement and constant attention to the user/customer and human resources, in interaction with institutional interlocutors.

Rinascita Cooperativa Sociale designs and manages on its own and on behalf of and in collaboration with local administrations and public bodies, a very diverse range of social, socio-educational and personal services. It is inspired by the principles that underlie the global cooperative movement and acts in relation to them.

These principles are: mutuality, solidarity, democracy, commitment, balance of responsibilities with respect to roles, the community spirit, the link with the territory, a balanced relationship with the state and public institutions. The purpose that the Rinascita shareholders intend to pursue is to achieve continuity of employment and the best economic, social and professional conditions through management in associated form and with the performance of their work.

Rinascita pursues the objective of devising and introducing, within itself and for its customers, both public and private, efficient work organization models and methods which, by taking advantage of the opportunities provided by information technologies, allow to build opportunities also for socially weak subjects.
